James has been taken ill and will not be running any classes at the moment.
In the meantime, James says to try to practice at home whenever the spirit moves you. You can use the James Short Form video on youtube to help you learn and reinforce the form.
There are also several other energising, healthful and enjoyable sets of exercises to use which are on the Video Links section, here on the website. I would recommend the 8 Brocades or the Shibashi sets for starters 😉
